Parcel not delivered

I ordered an item I really needed and paid for express delivery. Next thing I get message saying I should reschedule delivery date because I was unavailable to receive the parcel. I was home the entire day and I received other orders made online. I'm highly dissatisfied that takealot doesn't even have facility to call the driver and ask them why they are lying or lost.
