Parcel not delivered

I ordered via Superbalist, received a delivery confirmation email stating TAKEALOT DELIVERY TEAM has delivered parcel, when they had not delivered. Aftet contacting Superbalist I received a call from the Takealot delivery guy, who advised he is leaving warehouse with my parcel to deliver but after +-20 minutes, he said he does not have petrol and will not deliver the parcel. My oder status is delivered on the app but the delivery driver has not delivered it to me.
