Parcel not being received

Hi, I haven't received my order yet I paid on the 25th of November. I don't know why it's delaying. It's was supposed to be delivered on the 30th of November but they sent a message saying they will deliver it on the 1st of December since it's got delayed. Since then they haven't gotten back to me.
