Parcel marked as delivered on app but never received it

I am so hurt and disappointed right now. I ordered two items from Take a lot in the 23rd July and no Tuesday I got notification that my parcel with be delivered only to find out that they delivered one item. And then when I checked on their app another one was “not yet shipped” until I got another sms notification that it will be delivered today. I waited the whole day mind you the delivery address is work address. It was not delivered until it was 17:00 nock off time. When I was at home around 19:30 I received sms notification that my second item has been delivered at 19:12. Where could it be delivered when there is not one at work to receive it as we nock off at 17:00, there was absolutely no one to receive the parcel and I need my parcel ASAP
