Parcel lost in transit!!!

I ordered my products on takealot. A few days later I got a notification saying it will be delivered before 5pm. 5 pm came and went and nothing. I went to check the tracing and it said parcel lost in transit. So they rescheduled it. A day later i got the same message, delivery scheduled for before 5pm. Again that day my parcel was lost in transit!!! How do you loose a parcel TWICE! Now it has been 2 weeks and i still haven’t received my package!!!!
