Parcel lost in transit

I placed an order and expected to pick it up on the 1 July, today on the day of the pick up they email me that the parcel lost in Transit. What is really irritating is that the product is available here in Cape Town but I must wait for another 3 days to pick in up in one of their offices. Considering that they lost the order it must take another 3 days for the processing. That is not even half of my problems who will go and pick it up at their convenient time and NO I won’t be home for delivery at that particular date. I am so furious right now.

It’s the arrogance and carelessness that gets me because they know you can do nothing about it and they are untouchable.
