Parcel lost

<p>I am so unhappy. I placed an order on the 12 of December. Delivery date was 20 December. I have not received my parcel! Takealot can't provide an answer as my parcel is at the courier company. I phoned the company (Fast & Furious) myself. According to them my parcel got lost. Why doesnt Takealot contact me with a sollution to this problem. Needless to say, my children's Christmas presents are more than I week late.... and now lost. I saved money by ordering from Takealot, now my telephone bill exceeded to amount saved! Not exceptable Takealot!!</p>
