"Parcel handed over to the incorrect courier facility" so they told me

I made a COD purchase on the 29 August 2022, I was promised a delivery on the 1 Sept. 2022. I then received an email with the banking details, they asked me to make an EFT because my parcel was going to be delivered by a third party courier. I made a payment and sent a proof as instructed. Takealot kept on sending me the same emails requesting payments. They confirmed the receipt of my payment. They then promised delivery on the following day. Then they changed it to a weekend and midday I received an email changing the delivery date again.

They really messed up my plans for standing me up. I have been using Takealot.com for longest of time, first time they doing this and they don't even bother calling to tell me when are they going to deliver my parcel.
