Parcel Delivered to wrong address for the 3rd time!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. No option on your webpage for me to enquire why the parcels are delivered to the wrong address all the time, so I have to now drive to collect my parcel, yet I paid for door to door delivery. CHANGE or address your courier company in Kroonstad as this is the 3rd time they deliver down the street at the wrong place. We have a few buildings, yet they only look at the company name and not the street nr. Make space on your website for these types of complaints then we don't need to use Hello Peter to get your attention.
