Parcel delivered to a wrong person

<p>I bought an academic book on the 19/02/2017 and on the 22/02/2017 when I tracked my order it was saying it was delivered to mahlatsi in the northwest and my residential address is from limpopo not northwest. I called takealot immediately and they said they will check with their carrier company and give me feedback on what has happened. It has been over 24hours and I have not received any feedback from then. I am stranded as I have to complete my assignments and can not do that with out the book.</p>
