Parcel Delivered and Signed for According to Tracker but Not Received In Person.

I placed an order on the 12th of February, I had to wait 3 weeks for any update to be updated on my parcel tracking number. I was sent an email and SMS on 5th of March that my parcel will be delivered on the 8th of March between 8 am and 5 pm but this changed when I received an SMS on the 6th of March that my parcel was on the way and would be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm. To my dismay, I was tracking my parcel on the app and according to tracking details I had signed for my parcel that was delivered on 6th March at 09h52, but the only difference is that I never signed for the parcel and no person in my household signed for it. I am so disappointed that I had to wait so long for my parcel to arrive and you are saying I have received and signed for my parcel while that is not true. I have never had a bad experience with takealot.com and it so frustrating to have to keep on tracking the order; and when it seems to be some glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel only darkness emerges and it back to the waiting game.
