Parcel delivered and signed but did not receive anything

My fiance have recently ordered two gym bags and protein shake from Takealot, we received the tracking number and yesterday it said delivered and signed, not me, my fiance or our neighbors received or signed anything and our surveillance shows that the courier did not come near our house we are very disappointed as this is not the first time this has happened
