Parcel arrived at incorrect courier facility

Ordered a waist trainer on Sunday and requested it to be delivered on Monday which was the following day,waited for ref delivery the whole day only to see later that my delivery arrived at incorrect courier and they are recounting it,status of this order has been like this since yesterday and had to cancel my plans for this order yesterday,this is inconveniencing me and also unprofessional
