Paid Undelivered order looking for help

I ordered a air bed mattress on takealot because I needed it and it was an emergency on 19/07/2021 this month I was told by a message that I will receive my order on Tuesday the 20 /07/2021 I got a message in the morning around 10 am saying that the delivery was not delivered because on my address can not be found one of there drivers will call I wait 2 hours no one call me I took my phone call them to find out what is happening when I called I was told that they gave my order a wrong logistic company they will fixed and delivery on that day I rescheduled my order to the next following day which was the 21/07/2021 today I waited the whole my order was never delivered and there was no one who contacted me from the takealot company for more information regarding my order I call I again to find out what is going only to find out the problem was never been resolved so please I am begging you guys to help Me to get my delivery because I really need that order please help
