Paid Purchase not received from July 2021 and it is now October

Good morning

Generally Takealot has worked for me; but...... I ordered an item in July 2021; which I have not received. I have communicated with them and it just goes from one person to another in their call centre telling me that it is a current purchase; no it is not and I am not getting anywhere with them.

My advice is to check deliveries and make sure they arrive because as mentioned a faucet I purchased in July, the timeline table that they have on their system in my account shows payment received, no delivery
