Paid orders cancelled without notice

Very disappointed with their service. I ordered a textbook on 12 August and pick-up date was supposed to be 28 August. When I opened the app today to track my order I find that it has been CANCELLED! I have been waiting 2 whole weeks for this textbook that I paid for and needed for an urgent assignment.

When I try placing the order again, the textbook is miraculously out of stock! They have successfully wasted my time. This is by the way not the first time this has happened. In February this year another textbook order was cancelled without notice. I was forced to purchase the e-book because I was pressed for time.

They have lost a loyal customer.
