paid order cancelled due to pricing error
i purchased 3 products via the takealot mobile app. <br> the following day i checked my order history to discover the orders had been cancelled.<br> no reason given. <br> even it is there error surely they have to honour a sale.

Thank you for taking our complaints team manager's call to address this matter.
As explained an unintentional error caused certain products from our camping and outdoor section to be shown as available and at an incorrect price yesterday. We are regrettably not able to fulfil orders that were placed for these items and therefore had to cancel them. The immediate and electronic nature of our business unfortunately allows for errors such as these to occur and we therefore make provision for this in our terms and condition.
We're truly sorry for the disappointment this has caused and will be crediting your account to make up for the bad experience.
