Paid items not delivered

<p>I ordered and paid for items on 07/02/2017. The order was delivered on 22/02/2017 but one of the items were not included in the order. I contacted Takealot.com about this, without ant resolve. On 23/02/2017 Takealot.com's systems show that the item was delivered. NO ITEM WAS RECEIVED BY ME!!!!! </p>
