Paid for Sunday delivery and no delivery
Order goods and paid for guarrenteed delivery on Sunday. Being a gift I was delighted and did not shop around. Confirmed on Saturday and Sunday morning with Takealot - delivery was once again promised. Help desk although polite are not empowered to resolve any issues. TO SUM UP - PAID FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE- they have promised to refund me but that still leaves me without the mobile phone today. Sorry to say but I find it unacceptable if a company promises to deliver and then they simply do not do
