Paid for same day delivery, no parcel

I ordered a graphics card from takealot on their daily deals promotion. I paid extra for same day delivery. I got phoned and scheduled my delivery for before 4PM.<br> <br> At 4PM there was still not parcel delivered, I phoned them and they said there was an error on their system, and that he is leaving now. I am supposed to only work until 4PM, but I told them I would wait. The driver left 16:09. He arrived 16:50, and had three parcels for other people at my company, except mine!!<br> <br> Now Mr Delivery just say they will get back to me, and takealot just wants to transfer me to Mr D the whole time. <br> <br> So I am still waiting at the office. I would have been home already. I skipped my gym, I rescheduled my chiropractor appointment for them, and yet here I am, still no parcel and they couldn't care less!!!!<br> <br> This is a pathetic excuse of service. <br> <br> Jaco van Zyl
