Paid for product but never got it replaced

Good day,

In December 2017 I purchased a blender and a CD they delivered both but the CD was not playing so I organised for them to collect it and they did but never replaced it with a new CD nor did they refund the money for that CD. It's been close to a month now and I've been waiting for either the refund or CD.

Someone please assist.
