Paid for next day delivery, Takealot changes it to 2 weeks later.

Not the first time I've elected to order from Takealot instead of another retailer, only because they claim a guaranteed next day delivery. But after placing and paying for the order and extra delivery fee, Takealot then changes the delivery date to 2 weeks later. And of course they no longer have a number to call, how is this legal? So sick of South African companies taking your money and having no customer call Centre to contact when they don't uphold their end. I noticed Takealot doesn't even respond to the complaints and it already has a pathetic rating. I guess its just time to uninstall the app and s**** Takealot altogether.
