Paid for Next Day Delivery But No Delivery Was Made - Ridiculous!

I recently made a purchase and paid for next-day guaranteed delivery. However, my parcel did not arrive as promised, and also, I received no communication regarding the delay.

I contacted customer support and had to send a second email before receiving a response. The customer consultant assured me they would investigate the issue and get back to me, but I have yet to receive any further communication. As of now, I am still waiting for my parcel.

While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. I paid extra for expedited delivery, and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Good thing Amazon is here now. They had enough of my cash.
