Paid for next day delivery and Takealot Just does not care - ********** Customer Service!

I have paid the next day delivery fee, when I track my order they changed the delivery to a two day delivery. I spent ages on hold waiting to speak to a human being who said that if she has the time she may call me in about an hour to let me know if I am getting my Delivery.

What is this?!

Takealot just takes a lot of money, why allow me to pay for next day delivery them move the delivery to later without even notifying me?! I would not pay for a next day delivery if I did not require the item today!
