Paid for next day delivery and did not receive my delivery

I placed an order with takealot for next day delivery which i paid for, and they rescheduled my delivery at 6pm with the excuse that no one was available to retrieve the order. I have been at home the whole day, no driver came, hooted, or tried to call me, and no notice was sent to me to say the driver is here. There is no customer complaints form on the order, and I expect to be reimbursed for the failure to deliver on time and then put the blame on me. Poor and unacceptable from takealot, I would not recommend paying for next day delivery to anyone using this platform and to try everyshop instead whenever possible
