Paid for items yet they email me to say it's canceled due to not being paid!!!!!

I placed a online order on the 6 Dec 2022 I paid for the item online and was successful, yet the 7 Dec 2022 I get a email sent to me saying that my parcel has been canceled due to not being paid....Then I'm trying to get hold of one of your customer care people and yet I get cut off while I'm busy waiting, this is not on can someone from your company please get a hold of me so that it can be resolved....
