Paid for items that were never received

I paid for items from Takealot over a month ago. A week ago my order finally arrived but the most expensive part of my order (chairs worth R1625) were missing. After numerous attempts to contact Takelot, my emails are now being ignored and I have now lost that money. I would strongly advice people to be careful when paying for things upfront from Takealot as their customer service is terrible.
