Paid for item which was never delivered!!! Takealot unwilling to help me!!!

I purchased a few items and one item was missing from my order and yet they marked it as delivered. I have spoken to 6 different agents and they have picked up that the warehouse made an error in shipping my item. We have called numerous times and no one can assist with the missing item. Since 28 February my query has not been resolved only for a lady to tell me today that there were no discrepancies! So I have paid for an item which I did not receive!!!! They are so unwilling to help or even call to assist but assume their own conclusions!
