Paid for high quality but received cheap item

I placed an order for floor polish which i had previously ordered before and was happy with it. When i placed the order the second time i received a cheap polish which smells horrible and dies nit make my floors shine and the worst is I bought 2. I paid R250 for each 5l and received a polish that costs R139 im really angry at take alot for not making sure that we receive the items we oaid for
