Paid for express delivery, BUT STILL NO GOODS!!!!!

I had ordered laptops and needed this urgently so I had paid for the express delivery service and now its the 3rd day and no goods - no communication NOTHING!!

Pathetic service - and WHY HIDE emails and contact details ?? frustrate a customer even more !!!
