Paid for express delivery but nothing received
This is now the second time where I ordered and paid for express delivery but my order is not delivered in the time I paid for. My money gets taken but no delivery!!<br> <br> I have probably ordered around 50 or 60 times previously but I don't think I will again. What changed that the service went from incredibly brilliant to almost non existent, management or courier? Something big is wrong with your company.
