Paid for express, but recieved NOTHING!

Extremely poor service. Paid for the "express next Business day", but never received my order. Now I'm faced with the hassle of explaining the difference between store credit and money. Best part is that they never notified me of anything, I had to call only to be placed on hold for 20 min+, call being dropped in my ear. Consumer Protection Act is very clear about agreements not being met! Unbelievable
