Paid for delivery, but no delivery at all.

Worst delivery service. Cannot find the address which I have used before woth no problems. Now all of a sudden they cannot find an address that's literally around the corner from their courier office. I paid for delivery for Saturday but up until now I have not received my package. Called multiple times and turns out they were calling the wrong number yet my details have never changed. They also refuse to allow me to collect my package. This was supposed to be gifts for my father and brother for fathers day. As I am working next weekend and I've now had to change my plans multiple times. Completely unacceptable Takealot. Pure laziness from your couriers.
