Paid for an order but never received it

I bought a phone from takealot on 25 Feb for my husband’s birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on 2 March. It still hasn’t arrived and when I contacted takealot, they told me they are awaiting feedback from their delivery team. I contacted them again today and got the same response. I find that unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for the phone. Order number ***1
