PAID for an item IN STOCK, for there to be NOTHING. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have not had a problem before, but this for me could be a deal breaker.

I have placed my order on the 14th of October, fully paid, because your site proudly screamed "IN STOCK". I need my items by the 24th of October, PLENTY of time, RIGHT? WRONG, a day later, I get a message saying the items is suddenly "out of stock". Are you serious? Between me clicking "PAY NOW" and you breathing, the items suddenly vanished.

How do you allow customers to pay for things that you do not even have? That is not an accident, that's pure incompetence. Your system clearly doesn't talk to reality. Now I am supposed to wait for my daughters birthday gift and disappoint her all because Takealot cannot manage its own stock properly.

This is beyond disappointing, it is infuriating. Stop playing games with people's time and expectations.

Takealot do everyone a favour and fix your useless stock system, or at least rename your company to "Takealot of Orders and Delivery Nothing"

NO, I DO NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANT MY DAUGHTERS GIFT BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY!!
