Paid for a PS5 and got 3 glass jars

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Takealot. I paid extra for faster delivery, expecting my order to arrive on time, especially since it was a Christmas gift for a child. Instead, my parcel was incorrect ( I ordered a PS5 & received 3 glass jars), and I was told an investigation needed to take place. This is unacceptable, as the delay and issues on their end should not be my problem if your staff didn't pack my order correctly.

Takealot failed to deliver on their promises, leaving me frustrated and without the item I paid for. I will think twice before ordering from them again. This experience was beyond disappointing. This is why everyone is moving to Amazon.
