Paid for a genuine product and got a cheap knock off.

I ordered and paid R1200 for a genuine Microsoft Series controller from Takealot (but sold by Weixu Department Store on their platform). when the controller finally came i immediately noticed the box was damaged and had been opened before. when i opened it again and inspected the controller i first noticed it was clearly used and had been dropped as it had scratches on the right hand side. the packaging was also damaged inside. took photos of everything. only after noticing all of that did i clock how it looked like an Xbox controller but where the Xbox logo home button should be was a small black button with a house on it. i then realised though the box also looked identical to a Genuine Microsoft controller it had no logos, except for (FOR XBOX-2.4G) where the microsoft logos should be it had only Chinese writing on it. i Paid R1200 for a genuine Xbox controller and they sent me something i could get at a flea market for less than R100. most of the blame goes to the cheeky seller pushing his fong kong knock off as a genuine product and charging for the real deal. but Takealot is getting the blame too for not checking the product they are allowing someone to sell on their platform to make sure their customers arent getting **********. now i have to go through the whole returns process to get what i paid for and im already getting the sense takealot is shifting the blame and are going to say i need to pay more because the product page for the same item i paid for already shows the price has gone up and when i left a review to warn future customers they might get ********** with flea market garbage at the genuine products premium takealot rejected my review and responded as if IM THE ONE out of line by doing so.
