Paid extra for next business day delivery

I wish I could give a quarter star. All they do is ***** your money. You pay extra for next business day, but that did not happen. I will never use the quick delivery option, because the only thing they do is to take your money quickly. If I go to the order the item was not even shipped. PATHETIC!!!
