Paid but order was canceled

Order placed on Friday with Blue Dotsale items. I paid and the funds were deducted from my FNB account. Takealot sent an email asking for payment and then canceled my order because I did not pay again. I do not want it canceled or refunded, I want my order placed and processed as soon as possible.
