Paid but No delivery for 3 weeks

I'm very dissipointment with this service i placed an order on 7 June it was suspose to be delivered 19 June im still waiting its been 3 weeks now. I dont receive any response ive emailed ive called i just cant get through im almost giving birth and yet i still dont have my order. Guys please man om tired i dont even want a refund just send my order.
