Paid but have no products

I ordered two items on parallel import. Now I do understand that it takes a few days to move items from warehouse depot to another. However, this company wants to delivery my order 10 days after purchase. They already have the money but want to drag out a delivery. I went on the the website and saw both of the products that purchase are in stock in Cape Town and Johannesburg. It really does not take 10 days to move one item to Cape Town.

I am unhappy about Takealot and their unprofessionalism. First to take your money but then want to drag out when you can get the items that I PAID for !

After this, I will be removing myself from Takealot
