Paid and still not receive my parcel Lost in Transit

Firstly, paid same day delivery, did not happen, secondly, paid for an item still not received. All they say is sorry and busy, how long does it take to resolve an issue, they confirm they received my money but that is it. Very poor service, my stuff got lost in transit and now it is my problem??????? No feedback unless I ask again, spoke now to 3 different people and still no effort has been made. I was understanding week 1, but no assistance since week 2 going on, No takealot, not how you should do business with clients:(
