Paid and not delivered

First time complaining about takealot. I'v paid and revlceived my order. Only to find out the two dog beds, only 1 was delivered. It took 4 days for takealot to find the issie. It was the warehouse who didnt pack my second bed. After 1 week they said it will be delivered before the 7th of Aug. Today is the 8th of Aug. Still no delivery. I had to complain again. Received a email it will be delivered on the 15th of Aug. I have no faith in takealot
