Paid 65 for delivery but they did not deliver

I bought a hot cumb for 159 plus 65 for delivery total R224.00. The order was declined by the recipient. The driver did not want to deliver. They returned my oder and credited me with 165. So I paid 65 for the delivery that I did not get. Its not like I am at fault. Y pay the driver 65 when he did not deliver.
