Packaged tampered & items missing at collection point!

I’m highly disappointed by the lack of care & importance taken when items are delivered at the Bryanston, Peter Place collection point. It’s now the 3rd time I’ve returned my order, with packaging that looks old, tampered & items of the product missing! The first time was when I ordered a vacuum cleaner, the packaging was clearly tampered, parts lying loose in the box & it seemed the vacuum cleaner was used because the canister was dusty. I recently purchased another item, & when we did an online review of the product, we learnt that most of the items were not included in our box.

This is unacceptable, ******** & ******* behavior & it seems reporting this to Takelot in the past hasn’t helped because it’s continuing to happen. It’s like you communicating with robots & the service agents send you “scripted” email responses as if you’re just a random number & not a customer. So clearly reporting issues are of no relevance or importance as well!

Sadly, I will not be ordering anything ever again. This whole experience made me value the importance of actually taking the time to go to a store, testing a product & buying it without a hassle. This continuous bad experience has made online shopping extremely frustrating & ridiculously inconvenient.

Sorry takelot.com, but if you’re unprepared to clean up your ******** acts, I’m unprepared to invest my valuable time or money ever again. And you should actually stop advertising that you are the no.1 online shopping store, because you do not actually live up to your own promise, & I’m done supporting you!
