Package Return

<p>I ordered a xbox Power supply on takealot and all went well until i received the unit, first off when i used the unit it blew my xbox which made me livid as it was also a generic power supply that i received, I looked passed this as i really thought it would work. After blowing my xbox i decided to log a return due to the device having a fault and only requested that i want my money back for the product. They then took their time in letting me know of the product status, after waiting forever they let me know that my request was declined because the sponge protecters, protecting the *****s came off (Which was only held on by a minimal amout of glue) which to them was a sign that i was trying to open the unit. I then chose to proceed by reuesting to dispute this matter where they only ignored my multiple emails and only responded advising me thatr my unit was back on its way to me. So now im sitting with a Broken xbox and a Faulty generic power supply while Takealot was more than happy enough to make off with my money!!!!!!</p>
