Package not received, signed for by unknown person. - Missing!!

I ordered a power bank to get me through load shedding on Sunday which I intend to use for my business. I chose next day delivery so that I could use it this week to keep working when the power goes off. It was almost 5 o’clock and I checked the status of my delivery. It said the package had been signed for by me but I had not received it. After numerous calls to the support number, hundreds of rands worth of airtime, emails… nothing has been done. Every time I call and finally get through my issue gets ‘escalated’ and I am assured someone will contact me to resolve it. I was told the package was signed for in Kenilworth??? I live 5km away from there in Claremont. It seems as though the lost package is my issue and they are trying to track it down. I should have been sent a new item with priority courier as soon as I told them I didn’t receive it. I’m at a loss at this point. Terrible service and complete disregard for an expensive purchase that was bought to prevent me from losing business during load shedding.
