Package not delivered on guarantee same day delivery!

<p>I made a purchase at takealot on 2017/01/04, I requested same day delivery, I paid R120 for same day delivery. It is 2017/01/05 and I have not received my package as yet. Reason why I requested same day delivery is because I had time yesterday. Today I I had plans which I had to cancel to hopefully receive my package today. I emailed Takealot, no response. This morning 2017/01/05 at 7:17am I received a message stating my package could not be delivered as scheduled. Rescheduled for before 5:00pm on Thu 5 Jan. This means all my plans are cancelled and I need to wait until I eventually receive my package. I am not happy at all, this is extremely bad service. I have benn a regular customer at takealot but if I am being ****** of R120 I will NOT be making use of takealot and I will be sure to inform others about this. </p>
