Package not Delivered After 2 Weeks - Birthday Gift Ruined

<p>I placed an order on the 1st of November. Payment was confirmed on the 3rd. I have not received my parcel yet and today is the 15th. Delivery was promised yesterday, but due to one item not being ordered in time the whole parcel was held up. Last week I e-mailed and said these items are for a birthday gift and delivery was promised in time. On the delivery day I receive an e-mail stating they are still waiting for one item and it will be received in 2 - 3 working days. I received exactly the same e-mail last week. I called in asked that they just deliver the other items and the consultant said it would be delivered yesterday. I received nothing. This morning I look online and now the delivery date is for the 18th of November. I am really so dissapointed. The items were meant to be a gift for my sister's 16th birthday and I was left empty handed due to the fact that empty promises were made. Thank you Takealot.</p>
