Package not delivered

I ordered a package worth almost R2800 on the 9th of Dec. I paid for it on the 9th of Dec as well. On the website it said that I would receive the package on the 18th of December before 5pm. Today is the 20th of Dec and there has been no delivery. No one has called or emailed me. I have tried calling numerous times, but no one has been answering their phones. On the takealot website, it said that my package was out in deliver after 9am on the 18th. But I have not received it. I have sent emails as well as tried calling for 2 days now. But I have received no answer.
